I just returned from a family vacation with the Perkins. We went to Eden Utah to a resort there. It is about 30 minutes east of Ogden- if that. It is just on the other side of a canyon. It was so much fun. I loved having Adam with me so much! We got some great sound recordings of our kids laughing, took some fun pictures which I will download later. Unfortunately lots of the best pictures are on other peoples' cameras. Now I am facing loads and loads of laundry. We got back Saturday night and Sunday Adam had to work a 14 hour day. I did not want to be a single mom on mother's day so Michelle came to church with me. I loved having her there. I love Michelle. Funny story- well, to me... She is dating this guy who is awesome. Well, last summer in Nauvoo my parents bought this candle thing called a "courting candle" - the candlestick can be rotated up or down to give the suitor more or less time. Well, Justin (Shell's boyfriend) saw that one time and they explained it to him. So for mothers day he gave my mom a candle that is three feet tall :) so that he could stay for a really long time no matter how high or low they put the candlestick. He is really clever. Anyway, then that night Steve Hansen- a mission buddy came to stay for a couple days because he is going to some geology conference...anyway, it has been a whirlwind preparing for the trip, going on the trip and coming home from the trip. I have not yet recovered, but I think I see light at the end of our laundry/messy room tunnel.
Oh yeah- Caitlyn is cutting her first tooth! I can't believe it! And I have decided that teething stinks.

It's laundry day in our house too. At least you have a good excuse for having a lot to do. I just hate doing it, so I put it off to the last possible moment. Can't wait to see pictures from your trip!
