Sorry I've been MIA. Here's my catchup post. The girls and I went to Utah mid June. I ran my race and survived. But was totally embarrassed by how many people passed me while running particularly older (think 63 yrs old), so my goal is to run it again next year and knock 2 minutes off my mile time. Which is 11 in case anyone cared. I'm SO slow. I just thought everyone else was slow too.Mark passed his dissertation which means he's official a dr. Just not the dr that helps people. :) He's already back in medical school doing clinical rotations, which means he spends 6-8 weeks in different areas of the hospital. His first rotation is in the surgery area. He's doing trauma surgery right now so he sees lots of car accidents (wear your seatbelt) and stabbings and shootings (don't do drugs). People complain about the schedule (4:30am-5:30pm) but I think it's awesome. It's the first time in 3 years Mark's been home for dinner every night. I'd much rather have him be gone early in the morning than stay all night at the lab.
So after Utah we went to CA to visit my brother who lives in Orange County. Then back to the humid south. We're just hanging out until preschool starts again in the fall. Pool time, lots of working out for me (Mark and I are having a weight loss competition) and hopefully some sewing when I get caught up on blogging and laundry.
That's my novel, hope everyone is well!

I saw the pictures of you with your girls waiting for the Disney Princesses (gotta love google reader's suggestions). I can't belive how long you waited to see them! Sounds like you had a fun trip. I hope we can make it back to Utah sometime.
