So there is this stray cat that showed up a few days ago. It stalks the parking lot and when it sees someone, it follows them to their door and then sits on the porch meowing. It woke Andrew up at like 4am last night because it was outside our window meowing. I can hear it right now and it's really getting obnoxious. It's a cute little brown cat, but man it's gotta go. Is it true that if you call animal control they will just put the cat to sleep? I don't want to condemn it to death.
