I have been enlightened by exercise. My mom pointed out this amazing feature on our dvr. It's called Exercise TV. There's a bajillion different free exercises on there. I set a goal to work out at least 10 minutes everyday and this has made it possible. I don't get bored because I can do something new everyday. My only downfall was most of them required hand weights. Andrew has 8 pounders, but in my lack of any type of upper body strength, it wasn't going to happen. So I found an alternative...water bottles! They make great 1 poundish hand weights that someone who is as wimpy as I am can use. And sadly, it's just the right resistance for me. Maybe someday I can work up to a 3 pound hand weight. Thursday, March 24, 2011

What a great idea. I'm totally going to borrow it. I've been less than thrilled about working out lately, but I can handle 10 minutes.
Check out trainermomma.com it's a great website about healthy living and exercise. She's a mom so it's more applicable than all those healthy living blogs by single gals.
