To this day, that is still one of Andrew's favorite meals. I could probably make it monthly and he would still love it.

Still make it, monthly, at least. I've learned new tricks though. If you pile it up (not tossing before) and let everyone add their own dressing, it's pretty decent as leftovers the next day.
