I never thought I would consider myself a softie- not consider myself one, but become one. But I was avoiding laundry and came in here to blog instead. I heard Caitlyn start screaming bloody murder. She just took a very short nap. I decided to let her cry it out while I did my thing. I was opening it up and everything and then I kept having conversations in my head- she sounds like she is terrified. May be she had a scary dream. May be something is wrong- she has been very clingy the last couple days. Well, I gave in. So... here is my picture today. Me the softie who is in serious need of some make up and a hair-do.

That's the hardest thing for me too, letting the baby cry it out. Especially when they're so little and they cry so cute. For some reason it's easier to ignore a crying 4 year old.
The days when I tried to ignore Abby were the days that she blew out her diapers and made a huge mess in her crib. Don't worry, once then learn to talk back to you...it's easy to let them cry it out.
