Last night I ate what I will refer to as my "last meal" consisting of grilled steak (I love when the weather is warm because then we can bbq), mashed potatoes oozing in butter, homemade bread (that was not made by me, so naturally it tasted a lot better) and corn. Today I will start again with my yoga. I have been at a standstill in terms of losing this remaining baby weight. So now it's time for me to get back to eating well and doing my exercise. In order for me to have more motivation for doing this, I had to confess to you guys. I figure if others know what I am doing then I have to do it. So don't let me be a slacker!

I'm with you. My goal is to EAT LESS (which I am loathing) exercise everyday and do more crunches. Lots and lots of them. Because my "baby" is 2 and I still have a saggy, pregnancy belly.
