My newest nephew was born last Friday, April 3rd. His name is Ty Lavell Wheeler. I now have 3 nephews and 3 nieces. My poor sister-in-law was supposed to be induced at 39 weeks because he was so big and her uterus was having problems (who knew having a big uterus was a bad thing), but then the hospital sent her home when the cervadel didn't work. Then she was on call at the hospital, but never got called in. Then at her 40 week apointment, her doctor told her that he didn't like doing inductions, so she was on her own. FINALLY at 41 weeks, she went into the hospital again for cervadel treatments and they decided to keep her. 30 hours later, she had a c-section because his head was so big he wouldn't fit. baby Ty was 9lbs 7oz. After hearing her story of her labor and delivery, I'm glad both mine were relatively short and pretty boring.
