Jelly Beans
So I went to 6 different stores and then started calling stores on a hunt for Brach's jelly beans. I am getting my diabetes test Monday morning and I have to eat 18 Brach's jelly beans. My doctor made it very clear that was the only brand I was supposed to eat. So after searching all day I finally found them at ShopKo of all places. Of course they had the same sugar content as the off brand!!! Anyway, that's all I have to say about that.

Seriously?! They didn't give you that nasty orange stuff to drink? That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard.
Yeah, I asked my doctor when I had to do the test and if I had to drink that yucky drink and he said "oh, you can eat jelly beans instead." I think it's because my good friend is his nurse. I don't know, after searching all day for jelly beans I think I probably would have preferred the drink.
I had to drink that nasty stuff for Zoe, but when I was pregnant with JJ, they said I could eat a almond snickers bar 30 minutes before. Crazy eh?
Oooo, I wish I could have done the snickers bar. It took me 10 minutes to chew those jelly beans this morning and then my jaw was tired for a while.
