Well I was talking to Tricia when she was here visiting and I told her this story. She said that I should put it on the blog. Plus I hardly ever put anything on the blog so here you go.
So I was at a party of an old ward member. I knew all the people there but this one guy. I thought he was okay looking and he was new so I thought I would go and talk to him. I started talking to this guy and found out that he had just moved into the ward 3 weeks ago from Arizona. I asked him what he was doing here. He told me that he was starting a bank. I thought that that sounded a little ambitious for a bad economy. It was hot in the room and he asked if I wanted to go on a walk and he could tell me more about it. I figured why not. He was LDS and in the neighboring ward. So he starts telling about his bank how he is going to buy up farms to fund it and that the poor people will make money off it and it will be similar to the Law of Consecration. I asked him where he was going to get his funding. He said that is why he needed to talk to the prophet. He said that after the prophet found out about his business plan and he will felt the spirit and it would become a church wide program. He said that he had a mantle placed upon him like Joseph Smith that he needed to do. He then pulled out his iphone and showed me in Revelations 7 about the 4 angels that are coming before the second coming. He said he was one of those angels! He asked if I wanted to know who the other angels were. I said I did. He said that his bishop in California was named Mark and that he was named Mark. He said that that was special because there were two marks. Just like the savior had to marks him his hand from the nails. He said that his second counselors name was James and the stake president’s name was John. So they were the other angels. He said that he had lost a lot of friends by telling them he was an angel and called of God but he could not deny what he knew. He said that he had been kicked out of the temple for telling them he was an angel. He said they just didn’t understand. He quoted the scripture that says by the mouth of babes the wise will be confounded. He said he was a babe and that these people just didn’t understand. He went on and on. He was so messed up. And yet he looked normal. I had met people like this on my mission but I have never met a member that was so lost. He just had no idea. There were so many flaws in his thinking. It just made me wonder how people get so far off from the truth. I think it is because they look beyond the mark and don’t just study the simple truths of the gospel. So there is another story of weirdo in Salt Lake City.
So be glad you aren't single so you don't meet weird people.

That's not true. I meet weird people all the time. They just aren't hitting on me. :)
HAHAH!! That story's awesome. Nice to know that all the weirdo's are branching out of VA. There's a lot of them out here.
At least he didn't tell you that he received revelation to marry you and you were to join him on his pursuit :)
