Since my rockettes have left me and I found comfort in another kind of rock. Rock climbing. Since I haven't been on a date since Tricia set me up I just try to focus on having as much fun as possible. So I try to rock climb once a week. I have a bunch of different friends that I go with. We like to go to the cottonwood canyons. I am getting better. My mom hates that I rock climb. The other day our conversation went like this. "Hi mom I went rock climbing." My mom says, "We need to get you married so you won't rock climbing." I said, "I can rock climb when I am married." "Well maybe you won't have money." "I don't have money now." "I just don't like you rock climbing."
Oh the other day I was talking to my grandma. She asked if I was dating anyone. I say no. She said what are we to do with you, your birthing years are dwindling.

Oh Emily,
I'm glad you have so much fun rock climbing. I'd totally be nervous if I was your mom, which makes it more fun for the daughter!!!!! :)
Don't let what anyone says get you down. I'm glad you're having fun!
Call me!
"Birthing years?" Good grief. Only in Utah are the 20s considered the birthing years. Most women out here don't have kids until their mid to late 30s. I am always the youngest mom where-ever I go. Well, minus the teen moms.
So, do you go rock climbing with someone? You don't go by yourself right?
That is the funniest conversation. I think my mom said something similar to my sister who is not married but it was about riding a motorcycle. You are completely amazing!!!!
