President Eyring was at our church building today. Andrew saw him sitting on the stand during Reston Ward's Sacrament Meeting. That's the ward that meets right after we do. Andrew stayed for most of their sacrament meeting, but had to leave before Pres. Eyring spoke to go to a meeting. When he came home and told me, I got mad at him and told him he should have called me. I would have packed the kids up and driven back over. How often does a member of the First Presidency come to suburbian Northern VA? He was speaking at some BYU Alumni thing last night and was flying home today. I guess that's one advantage to living close to an airport.
