Spent the weekend at my parents house. Went up Saturday morning and came home tonight. And as the norm goes, I forgot to bring a few items. No biggie right? haha! Here's what I forgot:
1. skirts/dresses/white shirt & tie for church (luckily I figured this out late Saturday night, so I mad dashed it to Target to buy clothes). Fortunately Kayla had worn a dress to my parents, so she wore that again and Carson had worn a polo shirt and cords, so he wore that to church too. I did have everyone's shoes and socks/tights with me.
2. Any shirts for Carson (he wore the same outfit all three days, including to church. Also didn't figure that out until after I had come back from Target)
I got to chat with Melanie while I was there. Her daughter Katherine played with Abby in nursery. Cutest little girl with red hair like her mama.
While talking to Carson about Presidents Day, I had to explain the difference between the president of the country and the president of our church. So when he saw a picture of President Obama, he said, "hey it's President O'Monsen!" Makes him sound Irish with a name like that.

Yeah. Guess I should have included that detail. Lorna's roomie Melanie.
Haha. No matter how hard I try I always seem to forget things too :) When we lived in Heritage I think I always had to make two or three trips to the creamery every time I went.
